ECSC 2004 and the Tarrytown Hilton

The Tarrytown Hilton has an agreement with Manhattan College for ECSC 2004. A block of 70 rooms at the Hilton has been reserved for Friday evening, April 02, 2004 and Saturday April 03, 2004. For special rates for ECSC 2004, you must contact the Tarrytown Hilton directly and mention ECSC. The paperwork for your accommodations cannot be processed through Manhattan College or ECSC.

All reservations must be made by 08 March 2004 to get the reduced rates.
As of 01 March 2004, 35 rooms are still available. When calling the Hilton, please use the special code "MCM". If you do not get the special rate, call Jill Rusell at 914-934-2561 and request the special rate.

The Tarrytown Hilton is licensed to serve food and beverages. No food or beverages may be brought into the Hilton by Manhattan College for service at the meeting.

6:00 to 9:00 PM	East Foyer	ECSC conference registration If you arrive at the Hilton later than 9:00 PM on 02 April 2004, you can register for the conference at Manhattan College the morning of 03 April 2004.
Saturday, April 4
6:30 to 9:00 PM	Grand Ballroom	Awards Banquet The banquet will be a buffet-style meal with 10-person tables (Capacity: 300 persons). The first 300 persons to pre-register will be accommodated. The banquet will have a variety of menu choices including vegetarian items. Your reservation for the banquet will be made via the registration form for the conference rather than through the Tarrytown Hilton directly. Please see the registration form at this website.
